What shirt brand do you print on?

  • Loving Me Tees uses women's style, 100% superior combed and ring-spun cotton.

  • What size should I order?

    • Bella + Canvas women's t-shirts are relaxed fit and runs true to size. 

 

    What type of printing process is used on apparel?

    • All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. We use screen printing.

    ORDERS

    How long will it take for my order to ship?

    • Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.

     Do you offer package tracking?

    • Yes

    Do you ship internationally?

    • We are based out of the United States and we do ship internationally. Shipping fees vary by country and we do not pay custom taxes or fees. If you are unable to select your country of residence at check out. Email us at LOVE@LOVINGMETEES.COM and we will assist you with your order. 

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    What is your return policy?

    • RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED. SIZE EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE SAME SHIRT ORDERED, SHIPPING COSTS FOR EXCHANGES ARE COVERED BY CUSTOMER. Please be sure to check our size chart above before ordering or send us an email for questions.
    • If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at LOVE@LOVINGMETEES.COM for further information. 
    • All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.

    Can I cancel/modify my order?

    • Yes, you can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing your order, after that we immediately begin processing your order. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order. Please contact us at for any questions regarding your order.
